Creating a New Login

To start using our Internet ordering system right away, you need to create a new customer login. Once you have finished filling out your profile information, you can begin creating your own personal shopping list or place an order right away.

You can register directly with Office Works & Home Furnishings. Call Customer Service at 785-462-2222 . If you are already a customer, call us about setting up your custom pricing and contracts online. If you don’t currently have an account with us, please feel free to call us during regular business hours so that we can set you up with additional online discounts and savings.

Your Privacy Counts

We fully comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines for consumer privacy and will only use your personal information for in-house processing.

Payments

Our payment terms are "net 30 days" with approved credit. If you are a new customer and would like to open an account please call 785-462-2222, or toll free at 800-559-6757 and ask for someone in the accounting department.

Delivery

Our normal delivery policy is to deliver regular supply items and furniture in our delivery trucks or with the territory sales representative on their regularly scheduled trips. Orders for in-town delivery are delivered the next business day. If you need an order rushed to you please note this in the comments section of the order form and we will ship within 24 Hours.

Office Hours

Our store hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM on Saturday.

Returns and Credits

We are bound by the terms of return from our suppliers and for this reason have had to restrict product returns to 30 Days from date of purchase. If the merchandise is defective we must have that information and the defective product to file a claim. If it is not defective it must be in the original box in saleable condition to be returned. Merchandise that was ordered in error and has been opened such as inkjet cartridges, ribbons, and laser toner cartridges are not returnable. Software that has been opened is not returnable.
